We are seeking an Outpatient therapist (LAC, LSW, LAMFT) to join our team!
It Takes a Family (ITAF), is a dynamic social service organization seeking a hard-working individual to function in a demanding Senior Clinician position at any of our select locations. This position requires extreme attention to detail, the ability to multitask as well as excellent networking ability.
ITAF is a State licensed Outpatient mental health facility with locations in Cinnaminson, Bridgeton, Lawrenceville, Galloway, Pennsville and East Orange NJ.

We are fully persuaded in the power of a supportive system which is the reason for our strong advocacy for family involvement. We employ an amalgamation of behavioral interventions as well as pharmacological treatment in order to encourage wellness sound mental health in NJ.

Salary: $55000-60000
PART TIME HOURS AVAILABLE: $38/hr
JOB DUTIES
●Responsible for completing individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
●Develop and implement individual treatment plans, specifying type, frequency, intensity, and duration.
●Must have the ability to complete comprehensive clinical reports and utilize clinical lingo in completing the documents in a prompt manner.
●Requires the completion of intakes, treatment plans, progress notes and all necessary documents.
●The ability to engage clients in a therapeutic engagement environment
●The ability to adjust treatment to individual client needs
●Identify psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues, and diagnose disorders, using information obtained from interviews, tests, records, and reference materials.
●Interact with clients to assist them in gaining insight, defining goals, and planning action to achieve effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment.
●Obtain and study medical, psychological, social, and family histories, by interviewing individuals, couples, or families, and by reviewing records.
●Utilize a variety of treatment methods such as psychotherapy, behavior modification, stress reduction, therapy, psychodrama, and play therapy
●Refer clients to other specialists, institutions, or support services as necessary.
●Complete required documentation on clients, and maintain accurate paperwork.
●Prepare and maintain all required treatment records and reports

●Other duties as assigned
Must haves
●Masters Level in Social Work or Psychology or any other related mental health field
●Valid NJ LSW, LAMFT, LAC
●The desire to passionately serve clients in an outpatient clinical setting
●Ability to work from 10am-6pm
●Ability to work independently and as part of a team
